Bo Matthews Gutierrez has spent his career as a radio programmer, building and leading radio stations across the country with award-winning programming along the way. He also runs Disruptive Soul, a boutique music marketing studio based in Nashville. Getting people to pay attention is, quite literally, his job.
He lives on Music Row in District 17. Recently he became president of his HOA, after more than a year on the board watching his neighbors spend years asking the City of Nashville for straight answers and getting none.
He built Do Better Nashville with his neighbors, a group of Music Row creatives who happen to be very good at getting attention. The site keeps the record of their fight public, and gives every neighbor in this city who is being ignored a place to be heard. Read the letter on the front page. It says the rest.
